Company seeks a full-time mobile phlebotomist/office manager for its Orange County office - no prior experience is required. This is a great opportunity for newly-certified phlebotomists.

The work has flexibility - during on-call hours, you are allowed to pursue outside work if you are not busy with our work. You will always be paid extra per patient visit for mobile phlebotomy visits.

GURANTEED PAY:

Guaranteed Monthly Base Pay:

$2550 monthly (W2 Contract - FICA Withholdings will be taken out)

ADDITIONAL PAY:

$10 per patient visit during on-call hours in the areas of Orange County, Los Angeles County, western parts of Riverside County and all areas in between this footprint.

$50 per patient visit throughout the same areas above, during off-call hours (visits outside of on-call hours, including weekend visits).

ON-CALL HOURS:

On-call will be as follows:

Monday through Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM

Phlebotomist and Office Manager Responsibilities:

1. PHLEBOTOMY: Draw blood from patients who visit.

2. CLEANING: Cleaning our office (sweeping/mopping floor, dusting off countertops).

3. PACKAGES: Receiving packages.

4. MAIL: Mailing out any collected blood samples.

Important Notes:

1. You are NOT required to be at the office during on-call hours (you can stay at home).

2. You ARE required to visit the office at least once a day, to check the mail and clean.

3. You can do whatever outside work you desire during on-call hours, should you not be busy with on-call work.

Company is a new medical startup - motivated team-members will have opportunities at promotions, as our company continues to grow.
