Under the direction of the area supervisor and mentor, perform daily activities of the Patient Service Center /Mobile/In-office Phlebotomy accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Maintains required records and documentation. Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general. Phlebotomy Certification required; if in CA, then California Phlebotomy Technician Certification required. Training locations may vary based on trainer availability- up to 3 hours away.
Hours : 7:30am-4:30pm
Education : Additional Job Details : Must have at least 1 year previous phlebotomy experience, great customer service, and positive attitude and required California Phlebotomy State License Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p, plus Saturday rotation 8a-12p Potential for temp to hire-yes Preferably 1 year experience in drawing all age patients, including pediatrics. Also, if candidate has customer service experience, this is a plus.
