Bilingual Clinic Assistant and Administrative Assistant Wanted!!!

Are you a passionate acupuncture student looking to gain valuable clinical experience? We seek a bilingual (English and Spanish) acupuncture staff member to join our growing practice.

About Us: Our acupuncture clinic is in a significant Orange County hospital building. We specialize in medical and cosmetic acupuncture, therapeutic wellness, and natural herbal medicine. Our patient base primarily includes Medi-Cal, ASH, commercial insurance, workers' compensation, and personal injury cases. We also receive a substantial number of referrals from primary care physicians.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting licensed acupuncturists with patient care
• Managing patient intake and scheduling appointments
• Handling insurance claims and patient billing
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited acupuncture program (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $24.31 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 48 per week
