Who We're Looking For: Are you an experienced LVN with a background in primary care and a passion for leadership? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN to take charge of our Medical Assistants and elevate our patient care experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and mentoring Medical Assistants.
Primary Care Expertise: Extensive experience in providing high-quality care in a primary care setting for all age groups.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of customer service.
Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in patient care coordination and file maintenance.
Calm and Patient Demeanor: Ability to handle interactions with patients, employees, and physicians with patience and professionalism.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA, OSHA, and Cal-OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification and Licensures: CA State Board LVN License (required), Current BLS Certification (required)
Experience: Previous experience in a Primary Care Medical office or clinical setting required
Leadership Experience: Preferred
