CSL Staffing is looking for Billing Specialist.

Are you ready to work at rapidly growing medical device company in Temecula? Do you like to work in a fast-paced environment? If yes, we want to hear from you! Prior billing experience is preferred. Must have great data entry skills and type 35 WPM- 40 WPM. This is a temp to hire to hire and growth opportunity. The company offers great benefits! Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM.

Position: Billing Specialist

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay: $16-20

Job Duties:

• Phones/Calling patients to go over balances, etc.
• Taking payments/Credit cards
• Confirming sales orders
• Payment posting as needed
• Working Claim denials/sending records
• Patient AR/Collections
• Must be fast paced

Skills:

• Billing skills are not necessarily required but a plus. What is preferred is an entry level person that understand EOB’s, patient’s out of pocket, deductibles, etc. but can simply be taught if they catch on fast.
• Ability to use TeamViewer
• Computer literate a must our PC’s are Mac’s (billing is fully electronic) we do very little on paper for efficiency reasons.
• Word and excel a must
• Brightree software a plus
• EMR a plus
• Navigating online portals for claims and appeals a must
• Type 35- 40 wpm
• Must be fast paced

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
