Strive Physical Therapy and Wellness Center PC is looking for a friendly face to join our front desk! Strive is an outpatient rehabilitation clinic servicing people with physical and occupational therapy needs. We are looking for a person who can provide top quality care to our patients and a go-getter that is professional, and independent.

Job Description:

• Coordinating patient appointments
• Organizing patient schedules with therapist
• Answering phone calls
• Recording and collecting patient charges
• Filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.
• Verify patient insurance
• Adapt to meet the changing needs and goals of clinic
• Provide customer service and attention to detail
• Experience with CPT and ICD 10 coding
• Be familiar with computer skills including but not limited to Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
• Follow and assist in implementing guidelines outlined by the State and Department of Health.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
