The Data Poster posts all incoming payments and handles, tracks and researches complex account debits and credits—including all payments assigned to the clearing accounts. Assists with other accounting functions, such as month end close and audit requests. Supports the overall financial health of the organization by ensuring payments, adjustments, and refunds are applied to outstanding balances in a timely manner as well as identifying and escalating variances for further follow-up. Performs other duties as needed.
