Hiring a full time medical biller for a busy dermatology office in Orange , Ca.
Candidate should be familiar with differences between HMO/PPO/Medicare insurance and authorization requirements.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Calling insurance companies for claims follow - up
Researching claim status through insurance portals
Sending insurance claims
Appealing denied claims
Posting patient office visits
Placing HMO referrals for services
Patient balance follow - up
Assisting patients with billing questions
Posting insurance payments
Company Benefits:
