ICD-10: 2 years (Preferred)
We are looking for a motivated, aggressive, professional medical biller/appealer/collector. With a minimum of two years experience. Someone who is able to compose letters of appeals-PPO/HMO/Medi-Cal. Needs extreme familiarity with appeals language and regulations working the accounts receivables, addressing denied and underpaid EOB's.
EMR Billing software experience, needs to be very comfortable using computers
CPT, ICD-10 Experience at least 2 years minimum, review and preparation of claims for hard copy billing submission. Knowledge and experience with insurance verifications/preauthorization's. Candidate must be responsible, organized, and punctual.
Be able to address and resolve claims, issues and denial in a very timely manner, have the ability to prioritize work and to handle multiple projects
