What the Payment Analyst does:

• Sort documentation from client by date of deposit
• Reconcile daily deposits in accordance to deposit ledger/bank reconciliation sheet
• Flags accounts needing additional information or further appeal
• Review underpayments and overpayments
• Monthly confirmation that all deposits are reconciled
• Close payment batches timely according to team goals
• Scanning in accordance to type of payment received

What experience we require:

• One year in medical billing required
• Experience in medical full-cycle billing and payment posting processes required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to interact well with all kinds of people
• Must be able to prioritize and accomplish objectives according to schedule
