Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support our accounting and administrative operations. This role will provide critical support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Perform A/R invoicing and support ongoing collections (via phone and email)
  • Process AP item receipts and invoices accurately and timely
  • Assist in setting up shipments (FedEx/UPS)
  • Handle document scanning and general office filing
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or office support role preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic A/P and A/R processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
