Sonata Hospice is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Intake Coordinator to join our compassionate, fun, and dedicated team who is working together to provide excellent end of life care throughout Riverside County.
As the Administrative Assistant/Intake Coordinator, you are the friendly voice that families and facilities hear when they contact the office for support. You take ownership of the intake process, tracking and coordinating all new patient referrals. And you thoroughly enjoy working with the sales and clinical teams to ensure patient admissions run smoothly. Your can-do attitude, problem solving finesse, and energetic personality are a daily gift to your office team.
