OPPORTUNITY

The Business Administration Associate is a member of The Bahnsen Group's Business Administration department. This new role carries out a variety of administrative work as needed to aid The Bahnsen Group in their growing operations.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Record Keeping

  • Organize and maintain accurate administrative files, spreadsheets and databases
  • File electronic documents

Hiring/Onboarding

  • Post jobs and review applicant resumes according to pre-determined criteria
  • Assist with onboarding for all new employees
  • Assist with employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

Benefits

  • Assist with benefit enrollments for new employees and any changes for existing employees
  • Review monthly health insurance bills
  • Assist with annual open enrollment process

Other duties as assigned

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries (booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation) for TBG employees
  • Assist with creating reports and presentations
  • Assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
  • Assist with tracking progress for special projects
  • Research specific topics or projects as needed
