About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, and addressing client inquiries.
• Managing client data and maintaining accurate records.
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
• Data Entry, Form Entry, and Electronic Inquiries and Research
• Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the financial or legal industry.
