Position Summary
This position is an exciting and unique opportunity for a full-time administrative assistant in an established dermatology and aesthetics center in Orange County. Applicant would be joining a talented and fun group who will support each other as the business continues to grow. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to grow with our team, enjoys their time at work, and can make a difference in the lives of others. Prior aesthetics experience/knowledge a plus.

Position Duties
The following responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates inventory and prepares orders for review
- Updates and contributes to practice social media channels and prepares monthly patient email communication
- Updates policies, procedures and intake forms that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Participates in training of support staff
- Insurance verifications as needed
- Conducts daily triage of clinic schedule to ensure provider productivity
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
- Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts to retain patients, and conducts outreach communication to unconverted consultations
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Performs other front office related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Aprima or similar practice management software experience preferred
- Dermatology experience preferred; insurance experience preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding managerial and diplomacy skills
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Education and Background
Extensive and diversified background with at least 2 years of related medical experience. Ability to speak clearly and concisely. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Job Type: This is a full-time position.
