The Alcohol & Drug (AOD) Case Manager provides trauma-informed, culturally competent support to formerly incarcerated and/or unhoused women in recovery. This hybrid position integrates substance use counseling with intensive case management to help clients achieve long-term sobriety, housing stability, and self-sufficiency. The AOD Case Manager is responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment and housing plans, providing clinical counseling, and connecting clients to community-based supports, in alignment with DHCS, CARF, and Time for Change Foundation’s programmatic goals.
