Job Overview
Motivational Fulfillment & Logistics Services is a warehousing and logistics company. We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, supporting AP and AR, and assist the Controller in various tasks.

Duties
- Process accounts and incoming payments accurately
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

Requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting principles
- Experience with account reconciliation and analysis
- Experience with Financial Accounting software such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or other preferred
- Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
