Responsibilities:
Prepare timeline and folder for shareholder reports, N-CSR and N-Q filings
Semi-annual and annual financial statements include:
Update performance 10k-chart for annual report
Prepare and update cover, table of content, back cover for the Shareholder Reports
Prepare and update supplemental information required to be included in Semi-Annual and Annual reports
Compile and create a pdf version of the semi-annual and annual report
Request shareholder report print quantities from TA, Broadridge etc.
Prepare printing instruction sheet for financial printer
Co-ordinate printing of the shareholder reports with financial printer
Prepare Fund expense requests
File and maintain fund expense files and expense logs
Send expense reimbursement checks to custodian and prepare journal entry for fund accounting
Update budget to actual worksheets
Assist with monthly advisory fee calculation and schedules
Month-end report download
