Our medical center is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Front/Back Office Medical Assistant to support our Cardiology division. Must speak Spanish. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the ins and outs of our practice and will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who has great communication skills, is highly organized and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate test results with physicians.
• Perform clerical tasks, such as arranging appointments, answering phones and filing papers.
• Compose correspondence and reports.
• Organize patient files and prepare them for physicians.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for procedures that will be performed by other medical staff.
• Carefully note all communication between patients and physicians in the patient's chart.,.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
