Job Description

Full Job Description

SoCal Endocrinology is looking to hire three Medical Assistants. We are seeking one MA with strong front desk experience, including checking eligibility, verifying insurance information, and providing warm, hospitable service. We are also looking for two additional MAs who will primarily focus on back-office duties such as taking vitals, triaging patients, assisting with prescription refills, and answering phones.

Although each position has its focus, we would like all Medical Assistants to feel comfortable supporting both front and back office tasks as needed.

We aim to grow our team with Medical Assistants who are dedicated, take initiative, and take pride in their work. Teamwork, compassion, and empathy are essential—not only to provide the high-quality care our patients deserve but also to contribute to the success of our growing Endocrinology clinic.

We welcome experienced Medical Assistants who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. However, we are also open to candidates who are new to the field and eager to learn, and we are happy to support and guide them toward success.
