BACK OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Reproductive Fertility Center is a leading infertility practice dedicated to helping people fulfill their dreams of family. Since 2005, our physicians, nurses, and staff at Reproductive Fertility Center (RFC) have worked together toward the common goal of helping our patients become parents. Our team are highly experienced professionals who will work collectively to bring the highest quality treatment in a compassionate and caring atmosphere to our patients. We are committed in providing our patients with the best possible medical care. We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to join our work family. We are looking to hire full-time or part-time Back Office Medical Assistants.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Taking vitals and drawing blood
  • Rooming patients
  • Maintain knowledge of schedules
  • Ordering and stocking supplies
  • Setting up and assisting physicians with examinations
  • Filing
  • Processing medical records
  • Answering phones
  • Checking patients in and out

Skills & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Medical Assistant License (Required)
  • Phlebotomy (Required)
  • Previous experience at an IVF center a plus!
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well spoken, polite, and friendly
  • Professional and mature demeanor with presentable appearance
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Autonomous and independent
