CHINO HILLS PEDIATRICS, INC. is a small business in Chino Hills, CA. Our goal is to provide our patients with the best and most comprehensive pediatric care possible from birth until 21 years of age. We are looking for a Bilingual Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team and provide support to our primary care and pediatric practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, taking vital signs, performing lab tests, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the examination and treatment of patients.
• Assist with medical procedures such as injections, venipuncture, and EKGs.
• Provide patient education on preventive care and health maintenance.
• Maintain patient records and files in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
• Assist in the ordering of medical supplies and equipment.
• Provide assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
