This position schedule is for the late start shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a smile.
• Answer phones within timely manner and take messages appropriately
• Schedule appointments and obtain necessary client information
• Administer injections to clients and follow documenting protocols
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-payments, & data entry, check in/check out clients
• Daily communication with licensed providers
• Scan, upload/download and send secure data to clients
• Communicate openly with co-workers and supervisors
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent; related work experience.

Bilingual in Spanish language is required.

Medical Assistant certificate required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
