Inland Psychiatric Medical Group Inc. is a medium business in Covina, CA. We are data-driven, fast-paced and professional. Temporary position needed for Covina office, travel will be required for Claremont location. Wage of position will vary depending on experience, skills, and education level.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a smile.
Answer phones within timely manner and route calls appropriately.
Schedule appointments and obtain necessary client information, including client referrals
Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-payments, & data entry, check in/check out clients
Daily communication with licensed providers
Scan, upload/download and send secure data to clients
Communicate openly with co-workers and supervisors.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent; related work experience.

Medical Assistant certificate required. Bilingual in Spanish language is required.
