Responsibilities:
-Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with referents in assigned territories
-Exceed admissions metrics by establishing influence in market segments; Including but not limited to: healthcare providers, hospital systems, mental health centers, educational institutions, court systems, unions, and employee assistance programs (EAP)
-Develop and implement strategic business plans for new and existing referral sources
-Maintain consistent activity levels for the next following: weekly prospect meetings, facility tours, meetings scheduled, and admissions
-Record and monitor all activities in Salesforce CRM system daily regarding needed actions and follow ups
-Assist in placing those struggling with addiction in the appropriate treatment setting to begin or continue their recovery journey
-Act as a liaison to referents to promote facility services, and continuously provide clinical updates and appropriate information to referral sources
Carry out responsibilities in compliance with company policies along with local, state and federal law
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in human services, communications, business, or marketing is preferred but most definitely NOT required
-2+ years’ recent experience in a metrics driven sales & business development environment
-Recent and proven success as a business development professional in the substance abuse addiction treatment industry
-Exceptional presentation skills with extensive experience in account development and proven ability to close sales and exceed metrics
-Ability to function independently in a an office environment and in the field with minimal supervision
-Proficient with Google programs such as Gmail, Hangouts, Docs, Sheets and Calendar
-Experience with the CRM Salesforce
-Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
