Casa Capri Recovery is seeking a female Case Manager.

Casa Capri Recovery is a State Licensed and Joint Commission accredited all female adult treatment center. We provide treatment for WOMEN, by WOMEN.

The Case Manager is responsible for providing direct services and supportive contacts to the client and/or their families, and developing resources within the community, which are supportive to the recovery of the client. The Case Manager also functions as an advocate for the client, seeing that appropriate services are provided and assists the client in receiving these services as appropriate.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contacts client’s family upon arrival to our facility, per consents signed upon intake.
  • Treatment planning with knowledge of ASAM criteria.
  • Individual sessions.
  • Updates family and clinical team as to the client’s progress.
  • Open and maintain case records as established by Casa Capri Recovery policy and procedures.
  • Work cooperatively with other community resources and referral sources to coordinate services to clients if needed.
  • Assisting in the assessment of area needs for mental health, substance abuse, and program services.
  • Communicate clearly and assertively with clients and staff.
  • Lecture in a large and/or small group setting.
  • Participates in Casa Capri Recovery 24-hour Emergency Services, which includes availability for back-up rotation coverage for after hours, weekends, or holiday emergencies.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as delegated.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC or above).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the treatment of behavioral health/substance abuse disorders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability
