Case Manager Position at PACE Recovery Center, LLC
Compensation: Starting from $33.00 per hour, depending on experience
Employment type: full-time position

Every person benefits from the support of others, and we look for very special people to support our clients with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. As a Case Manager with PACE Recovery Center you will have the following responsibilities.

SUMMARY
Provides care and supervision of 18-30-year-old males who require supportive care in our outpatient program. Documentation of their progress; collaborate with family, provide professional counseling service; and communication amongst clinical team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
May include but are not limited to the following:

• Follow guidelines & report directly to the Clinical Director (LMFT)
• Implement the programs objectives and individual behavior plans specified by Program Rules, but not limited to, health maintenance and safety, independent living skills, basic care, and behavior management.
• Carry individual client caseload
• Conduct individual case management sessions
• Conduct family phone calls
• Facilitate group counseling
• Provide documentation for clients chart for services rendered
• Foster and facilitate a healthy and sustained positive peer community

REQUIREMENTS

• High school degree or equivalent
• Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor license (CADC-I) or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid (Will be provided upon hire if you do not have this)
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Skills (Not exhaustive list):

• Ability to manage change seamlessly in a positive manner within a fast-paced/constantly changing environment
• 1+ years of experience working in treatment
• Team oriented approach
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self motivated
• Desire to help those in recovery
• Background or education working with mental health

Salary: Starting at $33 per hour, depending on experience

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• On call when needed
