OC Revive is looking to hire a Case Manager!

OC Revive is a PHP/IOP mental health/substance abuse facility treating adolescents and young adults.

Full time: M-F

Hours: 11-7pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Contacts client’s family upon arrival to our facility, per consents signed upon intake
2. Updates family and clinical team as to the client’s progress.
3. Open and maintain case records as established by OC Revive policy and procedures.
4. Work cooperatively with other community resources and referral sources to coordinate
services to clients if needed.
5. Assisting in the assessment of area needs for mental health, substance abuse, and program
services.
6. Good writing skills which enable one to accurately chart client progress and interaction
during contact at Detox.
7. Communicate clearly and assertively with clients and staff.
8. Lecture in a large and/or small group setting.
9. Participates in OC Revive 24-hour Emergency Services, which includes availability for back-up
rotation coverage for after hours, weekends, or holiday emergencies.
10. Carry out other responsibilities as delegated.

Minimum Qualifications

Education / Experience
 Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC or above)
 Has a minimum of 1 year experience in the treatment of behavioral health / substance
abuse disorder.
Certificates and Licenses
 Drug and Alcohol Counselor
Knowledge
 An acute understanding of counseling and other treatment procedures for alcoholism and
drug addiction related problems.
 A vast knowledge of regulations concerning alcoholism and drug addiction treatment.
 Working knowledge of alcoholism and drug addiction and treatment procedures for such
illness.
 Will work in partnership with other staff in achieving and maintaining a therapeutic
environment for clients.
 A Case Manager will have the ability to deal with a variety of situations and roles, to handle
stress and crisis, and interact with clients of varied temperaments with a professional
demeanor.
 Case Managers will need to be self-directed and highly motivated.
