• Completion of all Case Management duties and/or documentation within EVERLAST RECOVERY CENTERS INC
• Intake
• Assessment
• Treatment/Recovery Planning
• Documentation of progress and treatment plan reviews
• Discharge planning and documentation
• Clinical updates to family and/or referral sources (as allowed via resident consents).
• Regular sessions with clients, as outlined via Participant Admission Agreement and Treatment Plan.
• Crisis Intervention
• Referral to outside providers (dental, legal, psychiatry etc.)
• Group facilitation; both process and educational groups
• Filing, copies, other office duties to complete case management duties.
• Transportation of clients to critical appointments
• Preparation of group materials and researching new methodologies for inclusion in group and individual sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• * Current certification through CAADAC/CAADE as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor or in final stages of completion.
• One year of experience as a Case Manager with strong professional references attesting to high degree of clinical sophistication.
• Advanced knowledge of 12-step treatment model and its application in residential treatment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
