Seeking a Medical Assistant to become part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform front and back office duties
• Proficient with EHR system, patient intake and vaccine administration
• Knowledgeable with medical terminology
• Handle all duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for authorization
• Able to work as a Team Player and willing to work in different clinics (when needed)

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a Medical Assistant
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Medical Specialty:

• Cardiology
• Primary Care

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
