Doctor Fix It Health And Wellness is in search of candidates to work for us as Chiropractic Assistants to work Front and Back Office.
We are a Chiropractic Med Spa offering Chiropractic, Therapy, Nutrition and Aesthetics.
We have 2 locations in Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Positions are PART TIME (Mornings/Afternoons) to start.
Job Duties:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, call leads, marketing, insuranace verification, document processing, and customer service. Back office is patient care and scribing. You would be trained in administering physiotherapy and charting patients, explaining treatment plans and having an understanding of the services offered and patient care.
Training provided.
Bilingual is a HUGE PLUS.
Previous Experience is a Plus.
YOU MUST HAVE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, COMMUNICATION, and PHONE SKILLS.
Knowledge of windows and EHR (ie. Office Ally)
Full Time opportunity may be available in the future with expansion.
