Duties

  • Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently while managing the clinic’s calendar to optimize patient flow.
  • Maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems by accurately entering patient data, updating records, and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist with clinical procedures as needed
  • Support the clinical team with tasks related to anatomy knowledge, physiology basics, and medical terminology to facilitate effective patient care.
  • Handle administrative duties including answering phones, managing patient correspondence, and coordinating referrals or follow-up appointments.
  • Learn and communicate features and benefits of practice equipment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferably Chiropractic clinic, PT clinic or wellness facility
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and medical administrative support practices is essential.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Chirotouch knowledge a plus
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, and medication administration enhances your ability to support clinical operations effectively.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
