**Shift Hours:** 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday (flexible scheduling available)

**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service/Billing/Inside Sales/Data Entry Associate. This role will primarily support our Sales, Production, and Inventory departments, assisting with various tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process customer and vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Enter sales orders and maintain comprehensive records of transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and process orders
- Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOLs) for deliveries and will calls
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and spreadsheet management
- Maintain organized recaps sheets or logs as needed
- Provide support to General Manager, Production Manager, Inside Sales Manager, and Inventory Control Coordinator
- Prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring project goals are achieved
- Demonstrate motivation, dependability, and excellent communication skills
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Previous experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, roll-forming, or accounting is a plus
