Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care
- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Utilize dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or other medical coding systems to update patient information and treatment plans

Skills:
- Valid dental hygienist license in [state]
- Proficient in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or other medical coding systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain treatment plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $43.82 - $52.77 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours

• Monday to Friday

• Fullerton, CA 92835: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Registered Dental Hygienist (Preferred)
• Dental License (Preferred)
