Are you a seasoned dental practice administrator or registered dental assistant? Do you believe that oral health (a.k.a. wellness32) is critical for overall wellness? Are you an effective, benevolent and persuasive communicator? Are you a good listener? Are you comfortable with mastering and using technology designed to optimize your workflows? If these characteristics sound like you, then the Virtual Treatment Coordinator Role may be a great fit for you!

As a Virtual Treatment Coordinator you will be assisting our Team of Virtual Diagnosing Dentists who conduct comprehensive and problem focused exams remotely through a Telehealth portal. You will ensure the patients’ clinical notes and treatment plans are accurate and complete. Following the exam, you will present the treatment plan to the patients, collect patient co-pays and schedule them for treatment as soon as possible. You will also follow up on cases where patients were not read to schedule at the time of exam.
