Job Title: Drug & Alcohol Facilitator/ Counselor
Duties:
- Provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Use Kipu and other systems for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Implement behavior management strategies to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Experience:
- RADT, CADAC I or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a counselor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in counseling practice.
