Job Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Registered Drug and Alcohol Technician (RADT) to support our in-person adolescent behavioral health program, serving youth ages 12–17. This office-based role is ideal for candidates passionate about working with adolescents in recovery. The RADT will play a vital role in day-to-day client care operations, including drug testing, documentation, and program support, while also maintaining a clean and organized environment for clients and staff.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Part-Time (hours may vary based on client schedules; typically 2:00–8:00 PM or 3:00–8:00 PM).

Duties

  • Provide on-site support to adolescents ages 12–17 enrolled in our behavioral health and recovery program.
  • Utilize EMR systems to complete daily documentation, treatment notes, and internal communications.
  • Collect, document, and manage in-person drug testing (UA) procedures for adolescent clients, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Support clinical programming by distributing, reviewing, and collecting educational and therapeutic assignments.
  • Maintain organized communication logs and treatment records in compliance with healthcare standards and confidentiality laws.
  • Assist with client check-ins, group transitions, and addressing needs during programming hours.
  • Monitor and restock inventory for office, urinalysis, and cleaning supplies.
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing duties, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning group and office spaces, restrooms, and ensuring all common areas remain safe and orderly.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and facility cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and case managers to support coordinated care and treatment goals.
  • Serve as a positive, professional role model for youth navigating early recovery and behavioral health challenges.

Experience & Qualifications

  • RADT Certification (in good standing) – Required
  • Experience working with adolescents and/or in youth-focused behavioral health programs strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort with documentation and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with youth and families.
  • Knowledge of addiction recovery protocols, group dynamics, and safety practices for adolescent care.
  • Up-to-date TB test and First Aid certification (required upon hire and renewed per schedule).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
