Job Title: Back Office Chiropractic Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our chiropractic team as a Back Office Chiropractic Assistant. As a vital member of our healthcare support staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the back office, assisting chiropractors with administrative tasks, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care:
  • Assist chiropractors with patient intake and preparation for treatments.
  • Educate patients on prescribed exercises and therapies.
  • Maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up visits.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with chiropractors to coordinate patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with front office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Office Organization:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back office area.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic chiropractic procedures and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficient in using office software and electronic health records.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in medical assisting or relevant field is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 26 per week
