12-30 hours per week depending on schedule (Need 3pm - 7pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday with additional hours depending on training and performance up to 30 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, schedule, accept payments
• Counting cash and accurately balancing collections at end of shift and end of day
• Auditing previous shift transactions
• Organization of all workspace keeping it neat
• Promoting Garcia Chiropractic at community events, Corporate health talks, etc.
• Cleaning the back office including countertops, floors, and coffee paraphernalia
• Preparing treatment tables/rooms
• Organize patient files
• Verify Patient Insurance Benefits
• Assist patient with traction devices/exercise equipment
• Perform biometric examination of patients at Doctor’s discretion
• Communicating with other staff and patients in a polite professional manner

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be comfortable NOT wearing a face mask in the office. Be energetic and ready to be a part of a winning team.
