IPMG is looking for a skilled and responsible medical assistant to join our team. Willing to conduct Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services & coordinate patient care for TMS providers. Certification as TMS Technician prior to applying not required, training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a smile.
Answer phones within timely manner and route calls appropriately.
Schedule appointments and obtain necessary client information, including client referrals
Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-payments, & data entry, check in/check out clients
Daily communication with licensed providers
Scan, upload/download and send secure data to clients
Communicate openly with co-workers and supervisors.

Additionally, Provide TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment under the supervision of mental healthcare professionals. Monitor, educate and build relationships with Sensible Care patients during those treatments.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent; related work experience.

Bilingual in Spanish language is a plus.

Medical Assistant certificate required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
