Front Office Lead
- (MEM007615)Position Summary Directs and supports both front and back office functions and staff. Able to cover all positions in the office when required to do so. Adheres to and ensures compliance with all OSHA, CLIA and HIPAA regulations as required by Federal and State law.
Provides support to the Practice Manager as required, to include staff interviewing, hiring and training. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding procedures is required as well as familiarity with automated Practice Management computer systems. Ensures compliance with and assists in development of office policies and procedures.
