Some details regarding our Front Medical Assistant positions:

• Location: Covina, CA
• Starting Rate: $17-$19/hr. (Dependent on Experience)
• Benefits upon Eligibility: Health Insurance Paid, 401(k) plan, Paid holidays, Paid Time-Off, and other perks.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

A day in the life of our Medical Assistants is:

• Answering phones
• Greeting patients
• Checking in patients and assisting with forms
• Maintaining cleanliness of front office area
• Checking and verifying insurances
• Scheduling appoinments and reminder follow-up phone calls.
• Other tasks as needed

The perfect Front Office Medical Assistant would have:

• Completed formal Medical Assistant education
• Must have EMR experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume patient environment
