Here's what we're offering for our Front Office Medical Assistant opening:

• Location: Pasadena, CA
• Starting Rate: $18-$19/hr (Based on Experience)

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Your responsibilities as a Front Office Medical Assistant will include:

• Greet patients
• Handle and answering phone calls, taking messages, routing calls where appropriate, etc.
• Assist patients with forms, documentation, answering questions
• Verifying insurances and eligibility for patients
• Prepping charts for patient visits
• Entering information into EHR/EMR.
• Scheduling appointments, or follow-up appointments, reminder calls, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of front office area
• Perform other tasks as assigned

The ideal Front Office Medical Assistant candidate will have:

• 6 months minimum of medical front office experience
• EMR experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume patient environment
