GameDay is now hiring a part-time Font Office Medical Assistantat its Yorba Linda office. This role may also work at the Fullerton location at times. This woud be closer to a full-time schedule.
The Font Office Medical Assistant will primarily be responsible for:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text
- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff
- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.

When filling the role of Medical Assistant you'll be responsible for:
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:
- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients
- Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins)
- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR
- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts
- Assisting medical providers with patient care
- Greeting patients
- Assisting in lab operations
- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.
- Scheduling appointments
Qualifications: Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Vocational Nurse is REQUIRED.
