CityCom is an established property management firm that specializes with managing commercial and residential real estate in the Southern California region. We have an immediate contract/temp position available for an experienced GL and Financial Accountant. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years experience in Accounting or Finance and is accustomed to a fast-paced environment. The right candidate must have a good understanding of accounting and GAAP principles and have advanced Excel skills. Looking for a team member that is self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, great with communication, great at problem solving, and a team player. The tasks this team member would be involved in require much attention to detail and keeping information organized.

Knowledge of and Requirements:

• 4 year degree (preferred)
• Processing full cycle accounts payable
• Reconciling balance sheet, income statement and general ledger accounts
• Preparing journal entries
• Processing pre-authorized EFT payments
• Maintenance of special logs (excel)
• Account Analysis (expense review, month-end preparation)
• Assisting with other duties as assigned
• Solid accounting knowledge

Excel, Word, and Adobe competency is REQUIRED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
