Job Summary

 

Responsible for processing and maintaining a complete and accurate electronic medical record as required by departmental and hospital policies as well as by Medical Staff rules and regulations, Title 22, Conditions of Participation and other regulatory agencies. Record processing and maintenance include analysis of the record for chart completion and physician documentation deficiencies, release of information, processing subpoenas, assisting in patient health portal, review of transcribed and electronic documents and other duties as required.

 

Job Requirements

 

Minimum Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Terminology and Basic Computer knowledge preferred.

 

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Two years in a medical records setting preferred. Bilingual preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.

$22.00 - $22.00
