Families Together of Orange County – a Federal Qualified Health Center is seeking an experienced or just out of school bilingual: Spanish speaking Medical Assistant for our Tustin office. The proper candidate must have outstanding customer service skills and be able to adapt to working with a variety of individuals from the surrounding community. The primary job function is providing high-quality customer service to our members while demonstrating our core values.

Salary: Depends on experience but highly competitive

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and occasional Saturdays (1/2 day)

Status: Full Time or Part Time

Duties:

• Greet patients
• Vitals
• Register Patients in EMR
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones in a pleasant manner
• Schedule appointments
• Patient outreach / follow-up
• Other duties as assigned
• Bilingual: Spanish (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Must have a high Energy/Enthusiastic personality

• Must be computer literate
• Willing to work some Saturdays (1/2 days)
• 1 year of Medical/healthcare office receptionist experience required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
