Requirements:

• Have a positive attitude and good team spirit - cross coverage front/back office
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Be familiar with scheduling software (Kareo) and medical software (EMA)--we can train
• Compensation will be based on experience and certification

Back office duties:

• Send faxes, keep track of medical record requests, scan documents
• CMA preferred but not required
• Obtain patients' chief complaints, consents, vital signs, photos
• Help prepare trays for procedures (biopsies, excisions, laser, cosmetic procedures)
• Send prescriptions and refills electronically
• Call patients with biopsy results and update pathology log
• Clean and restock rooms
• Working on PA's

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
