OBGYN office looking for a bilingual medical assistance

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this part-time role you will assist the office manager clinically as a Medical Assistant with clinical and administrative work. You, along with other health practitioners, will perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the office running efficiently Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Check In Check Out
  • Scheduled Surgery
  • Recording patient medical history
  • Preparing patient exam room
  • Ordering labs
  • Assisting with in-office procedures
  • Administrating injections
  • Keeping exam rooms fully stocked
  • Scheduling liaison for surgical procedures
  • Communication liaison between physicians and patient regarding questions, updates and result
  • Front and back office support
  • Insurance verification
  • Check In Check Out
  • Scheduled Surgery

  • EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Willing to float between offices, if needed
  • Preferable experience with using Electronic medical records, preferably Athena
  • Preferable experience using Microsoft Office

Salary depends on years of experience.
