Medical Assistant/Front desk office for medical office in Orange County

Combination of Work remotely(From home) and in the office

HOURS: 30-35 Hours per week

Wednesday: 8 AM- 5 PM Office

Thursday 8 AM -5PM Office

Friday 8 AM-5 PM Remotely(From home)

Saturday: 8 AM -2 PM Remotely(From home)

Pay: $20- $24 per hours base on the experience

LOCATIONS: Irvine, Mission Veijo California

Job responsibilities include:

o Utilizes positive verbal tone while speaking with patients/customers in person or on the telephone.
o Answers telephones, schedules appointments, and handles front-office responsibilities as needed.
o obtaining, verifying and recording health history of patients
o Assists physician with examinations
o Documenting assessments, interventions, patient/family responses, medication

o Familial with Prior authorization and HMO

Education & Experience Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical assistant (MA) certificate required
• Qualified candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, must be able to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, and effectively communicate and interact with diverse
